1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern the access and licensing of the GXT Quantitative Algorithmic Trading Terminal and related web services operated under ghxt.dev. By accessing our services or minting software license keys, you agree to these terms.
2. Software Licensing & Cryptographic Keys
GXT software licenses are delivered as cryptographically signed PureEd25519 tokens bound to individual physical hardware Machine IDs. Keys are non-transferable between unauthorized entities. Modifying the cryptographic verification routines is strictly prohibited.
3. Algorithmic Risk & Financial Disclaimer
Algorithmic trading carries substantial financial risk. GXT Terminal is a technical software analysis and execution optimization tool. It does not constitute investment advice, broker intermediation, or a guarantee of profitability. Past performance in genetic simulations or out-of-sample backtests does not ensure future live market results.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via the Stripe Customer Portal prior to the billing cycle date. Lifetime licenses grant perpetual entitlement to the licensed software tier.
